Bigger boxes use hours faster.
A standard box suits most work. When a job needs more, an hour awake on a bigger box counts as several of your plan's hours.

Out of awake hours
Work that's already running finishes. Boxes can't wake again until your hours reset at the start of your next billing period, or until you upgrade. Your agent gets a message saying so, with a link to billing.
Early warning
At 80% of your hours we email you, and your agent's tool results carry a short usage note, so nothing stops by surprise.
Boxes awake at once
Waking one box more than your plan allows fails with a message that says so. Put a box to sleep, or wait for one to go idle. wack never stops or deletes a box to make room.

Billing questions.
What counts as an awake hour?
Time a box spends awake, added up across your boxes. A box wakes when an agent, automation, app or you use it, and sleeps again after 10 idle minutes. Asleep time is free. An hour on a bigger box counts as more than one plan hour: 4 on Large, 6 on XL, 8 on GPU.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. They reset at the start of each billing period.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 7 days with Hobby limits and 10 awake hours. Choose a plan any time from Settings → Billing. If you don't, your boxes stop waking when the trial ends, and they and their files are kept.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time from Settings → Billing.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, boxes stop waking. Your boxes and files stay until you delete them or your account.
Are model costs included?
No. wack is the computer; your agent keeps using your own Claude, ChatGPT or other subscription or API key.
How are GPU boxes different?
A GPU box has one RTX 4090 and runs on spare capacity. It can be reclaimed at any time, and it is deleted when it stops instead of going to sleep, so agents download results as they go. GPU boxes have their own limit and don't count toward your other boxes. How GPU boxes work
