Terms
Last updated September 30, 2026
These terms cover your use of wack: the website, the dashboard, your boxes, the MCP connection and the API. By creating an account or using wack you agree to them.
Who we are
"We" and "us" mean the operator of wack. You can reach us at hello@wack.sh.
Who can use wack
You must be at least 18 years old. If you use wack for a company or another organization, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
Your account
You need an account to use wack, and you're responsible for what happens under it. That includes your connect URLs, API keys and webhook URLs: anyone who has one can use what it unlocks, so keep them private and rotate or revoke any that leak. Tell us at hello@wack.sh if you think someone else has used your account.
You're responsible for your agents
Your boxes run the commands your agents, automations and apps send them. You decide what they're allowed to do, and you're responsible for their actions as if they were your own.
Acceptable use
Don't use wack to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- attack, scan or disrupt other systems, or send spam;
- mine cryptocurrency;
- host malware or phishing, or distribute content you have no right to share;
- resell boxes or offer them to others as your own hosting service;
- get around plan limits or interfere with other customers or with wack itself.
If an account puts the service or other people at risk, we may pause its boxes or suspend it. Where we can, we'll tell you first and explain why.
Your content
You own your files, prompts and output. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run wack for you. The privacy page explains what we keep. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve wack without owing you anything.
Our service
We give you the right to use wack while you follow these terms. wack, its name and its software stay ours. The tools installed in a box are other people's software, mostly open source, and each comes under its own license.
Other services
Your agents may use AI models and other services you sign up for separately, such as Anthropic or OpenAI. Those are governed by your agreements with them, and their costs are yours.
Plans and billing
- Trial. New accounts get a 7-day trial without a card. When it ends, your boxes stop waking until you choose a plan.
- Billing. Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe, and renew until you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan in Settings → Billing. A canceled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Limits. Each plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. When you reach one, wack limits what you can do until the next period or an upgrade. We never charge overage fees.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we retry it and email you. Your boxes keep working in the meantime. If it can't be collected, your plan ends and your boxes stop waking until you choose a plan again.
- Refunds. We don't refund a period that has already started, unless the law requires it or wack was unusable because of a fault on our side. In that case, email hello@wack.sh.
- Taxes. Prices don't include taxes. Where we have to collect a tax, it is shown before you pay.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.
Your boxes and their data
- A box keeps its disk while it sleeps. We don't make backups of box disks, so keep your own copies of work that matters.
- Resetting or deleting a box, deleting an image and deleting your account are permanent.
- GPU boxes are temporary. A GPU box runs on spare capacity. It can be taken back at any time without warning, and it is deleted with everything on its disk when it stops: after 10 idle minutes, after 12 hours awake, or when you end it. Download results as you go. An hour on a GPU box counts as 8 plan hours.
- If a box is lost because of a fault on our side, we set up a fresh one in its place and tell you. We can't restore what was on it.
Availability
We work hard to keep wack running and your files safe, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or that no data will ever be lost. We may change or remove features, and we'll tell you ahead of a change that takes away something you rely on.
Warranty and liability
wack is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
If someone brings a claim against us because of what you or your agents did with wack, or because you broke these terms, you'll cover the reasonable costs that result.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which destroys your boxes and data and cancels your subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we may stop offering wack with 30 days' notice by email. The sections on your content, warranty and liability, and the ones that follow, continue to apply after your account ends.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something stored or published with wack infringes your copyright, email hello@wack.sh with what it is, where it is and how to reach you. We'll look into it and act on valid notices.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above, and we'll let you know by email at least 30 days before a significant change applies to you. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions go to hello@wack.sh.
